Do you want to live a more balanced life? How about a more dynamic life? The words balance and dynamic go together like oil and vinegar; they don't mix. Yet they are the prefect compliment to each other!
When you think of a balanced person, do you think of someone who is even-keeled, routined, regimented, maybe even boring? Do you crave balance, yet you kind of thrive off the highs and lows in your life? Are you holding yourself back from finding zen because you love finding the beauty in the chaos? You want excitement, joy, energy, passion, yet you also want to have more energy, feel a little saner (just a little), sleep better and have more time to do what you love? This is where the word dynamic comes in. Dynamic is all about change, energy, big explosions (dynamite!), joy, happiness, desires fulfilled, dreams come true. Well, I'm here to tell you that you can have the best of both worlds. In my world I get to have my cake and eat it, too! Now I want to show you how to live a life of dynamism and a life of balance, i.e. live your life in dynamic balance! Not only will you be happier, you will be healthier, too.
I have years of training in a clinical setting in both Ayurveda and Chinese Medicine, not to mention I've been practicing an Ayurveda-inspired lifestyle since I was 19 (33-19=14 years!). It's been filled with ups and downs. The highest of highs and the lowest of lows. Joy and sorrow are a part of everyone's life. You can't avoid the losses or the sorrows. Loved ones die, people come and go. A pregnancy ends too soon. A new relationship can fill you with euphoria and can also leave you reeling in pain and disappointment. I'm not here to tell you that you can avoid the harsh things that happen in life. I'm here to help you get through them with a little more evenness, a little more grace and a lot more love. The idea of balance is a myth, but dynamic balance is a fact! I help creative, intuitive, on the go women get through each day feeling healthier, happier, stronger and empowered to create the best life for herself.

What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is system of medicine that originated in India over 5,000 years ago. In Sanskrit, Ayurveda literally means "the science of life". A basic tenant of Ayurveda is that the body, mind and spirit are all connected. There are many access points for healing to occur, whether it be through dietary or lifestyle shifts, through movement, meditation or breath-work, or by simply changing our thoughts. I am here to help guide, motivate and inspire you to achieve your health goals and to live a truly healthy life.
What is Chinese Medicine?
Chinese Medicine is an ancient system of medicine that was born at least 3, 000 years ago in China. Traditional Chinese Medicine or TCM is most commonly studied and practiced in the United States. The theory of TCM focuses on the relationship between yin and yang and the concept of Qi. Qi is loosely translated as the body's vital life force. Qi flows through our bodies in a circuit known as the channel or meridian system. Acupuncture is the placement of needles into the superficial layers of skin at specific areas that influence the flow of qi in the meridians, and thus, promote healing.
